I fell in love with Malibu while attending Pepperdine University and never really left.

While I was a student, I earned my first fitness certification in the very studio space that LA Sculpt now calls home. At the time, I never could have imagined I’d one day be welcoming my own clients through those same doors under a brand of my own.

After graduation, I started my career in pharmaceutical sales — and quickly realized it wasn’t for me. I had always dreamed of building something of my own in the wellness space, while also pursuing my passion for content creation and growing a platform online.

In September of 2025, I opened LA Sculpt, a movement and wellness brand located in Malibu Country Mart. LA Sculpt offers pilates + sculpt-focused workouts through our digital on-demand platform and thoughtfully curated in-person experiences, including members-only classes at our Malibu Country Mart studio, pop ups, brand activations, and private events.

Beyond the studio, I share the things I genuinely love: pilates, wellness, faith, fashion, life living by the beach, and the everyday moments that make Malibu & Los Angeles feel so special.

Whether I’m teaching class, grabbing a smoothie from SunLife, spending the day at the beach, or discovering a new local favorite, my goal is to inspire people to build lives that feel healthy, intentional, and beautiful.
